Our Services

At Five Day Meal Prep, we offer Catering Services and Biweekly Meal Prep.

With meal prep you get a minimum of 10 meals. 5 for lunch and 5 for dinner to get you through your busy work week!

Click on “Menu” below to view our current and upcoming menu items. Meals are posted on Monday's on a biweekly basis and orders must be placed by Thursday's at 7:00pm.

We deliver on Sunday afternoons.
